Was born in Istanbul. Started in the theatre as an amateur at the Bakirkoy Halk Egitim Evi. He applied to the Ankara Theatre of Art and was accepted. He played at the Izmir State Theatre for 2 years and later went back to the Ankara State Theatre. He played in dramas in the framework of programmes addressing the education of people living in villages on the TRT channel. During his time in Ankara he put on many plays for teenagers and worked as the assistant director in many plays at the Ankara Theatre of Art. He played abroad in plays which were written by Turkish people and he played his own plays in different European cities. He took roles in many cinema films and TV shows. Currently, he works as an actor in plays, films and Tv shows.
