Was born in Ankara in 1971. Entered the Theatre Department at Ankara University faculty of language, history and geography. Moved to Berlin in 1990 and worked for 6 years as an actress, playwright and assistant director in different plays. Went back to Turkey in 1996 after getting some social education. Started to work for TV in 1997 as the presenter of the programme "2'den 4'e" on channel HBB and played in the series "Sicak Saatler" on ATV. The artist, who prepared and presented the ethic programme "Hayat Guzeldir" on BRT in 1999, started to take role in "Bir Demet Tiyatro" the same year. The actress, who together with Zeki Alasya and Selma Guneri took the lead role in the series "Dedem Gofret ve Ben" and who continued her series career with a role in "Zor Hedef" on TGRT, is, at the same time, the owner of the prize "Top 2000 Best Morning Programme Presenter".
